Hebei Yumingxi Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the provincial development zone of Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. It is built along National Highway 106, adjacent to National Highway 307 and Shihuang Expressway in the south, enjoying convenient transportation. The company's predecessor, Xian County Tongda Conveyor Parts Co., Ltd., has been specializing in the production and sales of conveyor parts and stamping parts for over 20 years. It now covers an area of over 12,600 square meters, with an office building occupying over 1,900 square meters and a production workshop spanning over 50,000 square meters. Due to the expansion of business scope, Hebei Yumingxi Technology Co., Ltd. was newly established on March 8, 2019. The company has a registered capital of 16.6 million yuan and an annual total output value of over 30 million yuan.
The company currently has three production workshops and employs 65 full-time staff members, including 9 technical professionals with a college degree or above and 2 senior mechanical engineers. The roller workshop has two production lines, utilizing specialized production equipment from Tangshan Kaiyuan Roller. With excellent production equipment and advanced technology, the workshop ensures stable and reliable product quality. The technical parameters of the products are far superior to national standards. It can produce rollers with diameters ranging from 60 to 219 millimeters and lengths from 190 to 2600 millimeters, with an annual output of over 200,000 rollers. The products are sold all over the country.
Bearing Seat Workshop: Equipped with three fully automated production lines, it is capable of producing bearing seats in all specifications ranging from 60*204*2 to 219*310*5, with an annual output exceeding 4 million units. The product quality is stable and reliable, and the products are sold to major coal mining machinery production companies.
Third Stamping Workshop: Capable of producing all types of conveyor beam, head, tail frame, and frame accessories, as well as welding beams, H-frames, and other roller frames. It can also customize and process various hardware parts and special steel plate stampings according to customer drawings and samples. The company obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification on December 18, 2019, and all the roller series products produced have passed the coal safety certification of the National Safety Production Beijing Mine Hoisting and Transportation Equipment Testing and Inspection Center.
